I think that the mods should be able to accept members, cuz Flicky can't be on all the time, and I don't think that the new members want to wait too much to start posting.

I Kinda agree. But, the confusion with that is mods can't add to groups unless they're the group's moderator, so the new users would be running around with un colorized usernames, making them look like unapproved.

Now, And easy solution to this would be making the mods group moderators, but, there are two moderators, meaning one wouldn't be able to add members since there can only be 1 group moderator for each group. You could split the groups, but it wouldn't help really if the member wanted to join a group that the mod online wasn't the group moderator of.

The only way I could think this would work (Unless Flick wouldn't mind having new users with un colorized usernames posting around.) Would be to have a 'Head-mod' who would be the group's moderator, and could help Flicky accept members.

But Speck is online at least once a day, and I would let her know if there is a new member cause I know her in RL. so there isn't really a point in having another head moderator. :3

Well, One thing is that you aren't even a Mini, so Promoting you all the way to Head mod wouldn't be fair To Blue & The Minis. And, I & Flick are on enough to approve members. They don't need to be approved immediately, just within the same day is good, and both me and Flick are on every day. :p

Specky is right, making you to a head mod when you aren't even a mini isn't fair, I barely know you, and I've known Specky for one or two years now (I think it's been about that Specky? xDD) and I trust her, it takes quite a long time to gain my trust. And Blue is Speck's friend, and I trust her. You need to have my trust, experience, and senority and to even become a Mini here.

Birdflight, Don't get mad at Flick because YOU Haven't been here, or shown enough qualifications, to become someone who accepts members. There's multiple times where I'v seen you break rules (Double posting, godmodding...ect.) Just because you aren't qualified, doesn't mean you can get mad at Flicky. You can't expect Flick to just make all her friends into Staff. I'v known her for over a year now, on multiple sites. I think it's rather rude for you too try and guilt her into making you staff by saying that.

This is why you aren't staff Bird. You constantly ask me to become one. If you didn't, and if you listened, maybe you could have became a Mini. I was considering it when you filled out the application. You posted alot and made an effort on here, despite double posting and god-modding, I dismissed that because you were new, and I know what it's like to be new to a site. You'd understand how annoying it is to have someone ask you to be staff. You've asked me like 3 times in like the few weeks that you've been here. I'm starting to think the only reason that you've really made an effort to be friends with me was because I am an admin, and you wanted to be staff, which if you are doing, is a really low move.. You're nice to have as a friend, I just can't make everyone staff, I wish I could, but you'd understand if you had your own site. If you had a site, would you really make someone you've only known for a few weeks and who has broken multiple rules staff? I don't think you would, and neither would I, simple as that. I hope I'm not being rude, and I hope I am wording this right, I mean this in the nicest way Bird. I hope you understand what I'm getting at.

I would try to explain as well but what Speck and Flick said was enough and I don't want to be repetitive. (Flicky, I think you're one of the best forum admins around, because you don't simply yell at other people and you try to go about it nicely without making the other person feel bad. I appreciate that, it's a nice trait. )
