Shakespeare sat up on the window-seal of his home, on the outskirts of the town. The light blue house was fitted with a large yard, lined with bushes and little flower gardens, which grew everything from fruits and vegetables like strawberries and pumpkins, to flowers like daisys and roses. He purred gently, his tail flicking slightly. His yellow eyes glowed, gazing out into the world outside of the window, a world he wanted to explore, every pawstep of it.

*She purred contently and rolled onto her back* Goodnight, Shakespeare.. *She shut her eyes and quickly fell asleep*

"Goodnight, Orange." He mewed, before drifting to sleep.

*Orange stretched, careful not to wake Shakespeare, and sat up, brushing the moss off her pelt. She jumps out of the tangle of roots and glances around, scenting the air for prey*

Shakespeare lifted his head, his eyes narrowed against the sun. He stretched, yawning.

*She glanced over and purred* Hungry?

[Guest]

"Sort of." He answered, smiling faintly.

I'll catch something. Or how about we find a river? Fish is the best.

[Guest]

He Smiled, "Fish sounds good!" He purred, having tasted fish before.

[Guest]

Alright! *She giggled, then trailed off, in thought* If a river runs through the moor.. It's bound to run through the twolegplace.. I bet there'll be one close! *She raised her head and scented the air* I think I smell water..

He smiled, nodding. "What does water smell like?"

[Guest]

*She shrugs* Wet. Kinda earthy. A bit fishy, too.

He Nods. "Alright." He looks up, sticking his nose in the air. "I Don't smell anything." He mewed, waving his face around in the air. xD

Well, I learned it when I was a kit. It got stuck in my brain, I guess. Let's go! *She giggled*

He Nodded, "Alright! Which direction?" He mewed, waiting for her to lead the way.

*She cocked her head and started walking away from the tree where they slept* This way. *She purred softly*

He nodded, and trotted up beside her. "How far away is it?"

[Guest]

I'm not sure. I bet we'll be there before Sunhigh, if we hurry.

He nodded, speeding up a bit.

*She laughed and ran faster, purring playfully* I bet I can beat you thee, Tubby.

[Guest]

He smiled, "I bet not!" o:< x3

*She grinned, laughing, but stopped laughing suddenly, swearing under her breath* I forgot that rabbit I caught..

He flattened his ears slightly. "Do you wanna go back and get it?"

No.. Some other cat probably ate it by now. It'd be a waste of time. *She brightened* Can you smell the water? We're close.
