Orangie's Den Empty Orangie's Den

Post by Guest Thu May 31, 2012 11:32 pm

*Orange trotted into her den, a small cave in a hill, one small cavern, big enough for 5 cats to fit comfortably. Her jaws were heavy with prey she had caught that day. She purred happily at her haul and placed it by her nest, taking a mouse and curling up by the entrance to her cave, eating it slowly, savoring it*

*Orange's eyes lit up with curiosity as he padded by, but she said nothing, taking another bite out of her mouse while watching him*

*She smiled slightly and took another bite out of the mouse, then finished it, padding out of her cave and burying the bones a fox-length away from her den*

He flicked his tail, loneliness flickering in his cold, dark amber eyes. "Nothing really.." he meowed quietly.

Oh. *She nods slightly, purring, then brightens, jumping up and down* Are you hungry? I caught a giant rabbit! You should see it! *She giggles and runs into her den, then comes back, pulling a rabbit as big as her*

He chuckled lightly. "That's quite the catch for someone your size, well done." he meowed. "And that'd be great, thanks." he said.

*She purred proudly and dropped it by you, kneading the ground excitedly* Thanks. We could share, if you want. I don't think either of us would be able to finish it by ourselves *She laughed.*
