Silverfur pads to a shady spot under a large tree and lays down. Her muzzle lay down on her paws.

The young tom shot to his paws bouncing around her like a kit. "Oh Skyeyes!" he whispered licking her cheek "Oh how wonderful!". He purred deeply then turned towards the clan. "Can I tell them?" he inquired to his mate softly.

BlueWhisker lays down and glances at SilverFur briefly, then shuts her eyes and rests for a bit.

Skyeyes nodded and smiled.

Silverfur perked her ears up as she heard some rustling up in the trees.

NettleKit smiles and bounds up to SilverFur. "Hi! I'm NettleKit!"

Silverfur looks down at the kit and smiles. "Hello Nettlekit! I'm Silverfur, your new medicine cat. If you have a scratch or two, come to me and I will heal it," she says. "How's your day going?" the silver cat asks, dropping the topic.

NettleKit Grins. "Nice to meet you SilverFur!" He flicks an ear. "My day is going fine so far, what about you?" He tilts his head with curiosity.

"It's good that you are interested," she says, grinning. "I am doing just fine. Have you made any friends in the nursery yet?" she asks.

Nettle thinks and shrugs. "Eh, I haven't really met any friends in the nursery yet..." He thinks and shrugs again. "What do you do around the Clan?" He tilts his head and looks at SilverFur.

Silverfur starts a deep purr in her throat. "Well, I search the clan for herbs to heal wounds and aches," she says, turning her head around and back curiously. "I stay in my den and wait for cats to come to me. If they come to me, I ask if they need any help. They tell me their problem, and I help them with it," she adds.

He smiles. "Ooo... Sounds like fun." He grins, then tilts his head. "Is it fun to heal cats?"

[Guest]

"Well, you can say it that way. It's very serious and it takes a lot of work," she says. "Maybe when you are an apprentice, you can be my medicine cat apprentice! I could teach you what to do, how to heal, show you all the herbs, and when I retire, you could be the medicine cat," she says excitedly.

[Guest]

"Ohhh.... Cool! Okay! So, like, you go out and collect stuff to help the cats when there injured?" He smiles flicking his tail.

[Guest]

"Of course! That is my job, isn't it?" she asks with a sweet voice.

[Guest]

He nods slightly. "Yeah, well I was just clarifying." He smiles looking up to Silver.

[Guest]

Silverfur looks down and grins warmly at Nettlekit. "Well, I've better be going. Bye Nettlekit, I'll chat with you again soon," Turning around, she pads back to her den.

Nettlekit smiles. "Okay! Talk to you later." He flicks his tail and glances around the Clearing for anymore cats to talk to.

Spadepaw aproached the clearing streching, with a yawn he approached his mentor.
